The Owner
Setting the New Standard
Working in the food industry for 10 years, our owner has drawn inspiration from all over the south and implementing different cultures and creativity. Coming from San Antonio, Texas and moving up to Fort Benton, Montana at a young age. Graduating from High School and moving out to Portland, Oregon for a culinary degree at the OCI. Came back started smoking for the neighborhood which then turned into his business that he works from 2 am until close. "A labour of love!"
